Preliminary Patch 6.4 notes revealed!

 

Yes indeed ladies and gentlemen-- SE has updated the official FFXIV site with the preliminary patch notes!  Alkso included are more detailed images of the Grand prize winning entries from the FFXIV Weapon Design Contest-- very spiffy indeed.
